A structured training block designed for runners of all levels with a target race or goal in mind. Provides a personalised plan without the expense and commitment of a full service coaching set up.

    • Coaching calls at the commencement and conclusion of your training block (30 minutes each).

Weekly Face-to-Face Canberra Group Sessions

Wednesday nights from 6-7pm
Stromlo Forest Park Cross Country Course

Join RunCap in Canberra for a group coaching session. Runners of all levels are welcome and encouraged to attend - there will be options for all abilities.

Sessions will involve a dynamic warm-up of targeted drills, strides, and mobility work, followed by intervals, hills or tempo runs. We’ll wrap up with a group cool-down and debrief. Build fitness and feel part of a community!
