Absolutely. Runners of all levels are encouraged to join. We have a range of athletes from seasoned runners to those who have never run before joining RunCap. We believe communication is key in a coaching relationship. You will have regular check-ins through the Final Surge app, plus messaging access for quick updates or questions through WhatsApp. Feedback is provided weekly and this will be used to set your program.

While we do have a weekly group run in Canberra, as RunCap coaching is virtual and administered through the Final Surge app, you can participate in the program from anywhere in the world and we look forward to personalising your program to wherever you are!

Not much! A pair of shoes, socks, a GPS watch, and a smart phone. Everything else is optional and we will tailor your sessions to whatever gear you have.

Communication is key and essential to achieve your goals. If you get sick let us know and we will adjust your program accordingly. The same applies if you get injured. Rorey is a physiotherapist and will be able to work with you to modify your sessions and develop a revised training plan. RunCap programs include unlimited messaging, so we available to support you when you need.

Yes. RunCap also offers strength and mobility programs to support you to achieve your running goals. These supplementary programs, and virtual physio sessions (claimable on private health insurance) are all designed by an accredited and experienced practitioner. You can choose from two flexible options:
Month to month premium coaching which is perfect for ongoing development, a more personalised approach able to be adjusted weekly in line with your progress and focused on your goal.
Race specific training blocks (minimum 8 weeks) are targeted towards race-specific preparation to support you in achieving your running goal.

All programs will be delivered through the Final Surge app, where you will find your sessions, updates, feedback and messages from your coach.
